Nike SQ Sumo2 5900 Driver

Nike SQ Sumo2 5900 Driver The Nike SQ Sumo2 5900 Driver (SQ stands for 'SasQuatch' or 'Bigfoot') is the result of truly amazing Nike engineering; with the highest allowable MOI rating achieved through the club's square geometry for maximum ball speed, accuracy and greater forgiveness on off-center shots. Nike's deep PowerBow design allows weight to be repositioned to the farthest corners of the club head to further optimize precision and performance.

The entire club face of the Nike SQ Sumo2 5900 is optimized to maximize faster ball speed from any point on the face. A convex crown plus a clean, neat, redefined body shape promotes head stability and delivers ultimate accuracy. Its multi thickness cup face improves ball speed over a larger area, providing so much forgiveness and straightness that it'll be difficult to miss a shot.

The Nike SQ Sumo2 5900 Driver is one hell of a driver, designed to hit the ball for some superior carry. Paired with the lightweight tour quality Mitsubishi Diamana driver shaft, it provides maximum control of the large club head for a more penetrating ball flight, with maximum COR, straightness and distance.

This winner of the 2009 British and US Opens is available in both right and left hand options with a choice ranging from 9.5 - 13 degree lofts. With a shaft selection of senior flex weighing at 55g, regular and stiff at 65g and extra stiff at 73g, you will definitely find this big dog a worthy club in your bag.

Player's feedback and comments

After the first hit, I knew this will be my driver. I read so many reviews on it and didn't think it can be true but every hit was straight and far. I might not have good form but the driver fixed my hook shots. The sound is different from the other drivers but it really isn't that bad. This driver is amazing and I recommend it to everyone!

I'm a 10-14 handicapper that only gets in about 8-10 rounds a year. Given that I do not typically have that much time to practice, it's been about 10 years since I've carried a driver that I've felt comfortable hitting off of the tee. I purchased this driver when it went on sale, and took the plastic wrap off last saturday for my first round with the new club.
First and foremost, it added at LEAST 15-20 yards off the tee for me. Secondly, it's the most forgiving club I've ever hit. Even off-center hits wound up in the fairway (I hit 12 of 14 fairways, which is unheard of for me). The ball jumps off the club (feels like a spring-loaded trampoline).
One recommendation I can give is to let the club do the work. I have an extremely fast swing speed and, with this club, I found that the lighter I swung, the better the result.
An absolutely amazing club. A+

What a great deal on great driver! i would have never expected the great results on 2nd Nike Driver. This one replaced a Nike Pear Shaped Tour and my Golf Buddy's feel I am hitting the ball 15+ yards longer and straighter at the same time. You just need to get pasted the Square Shape and Aluminum Bat Sound.
